Short version: we only use the information you give us through the enquiry form to reply to your enquiry. We don't sell it, share it with third parties, or add you to a marketing list.
When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect the name, email, phone number (if given), and the details of your enquiry. We log your IP address as part of the standard server records.
To reply to your enquiry, plan your visit, and follow up if you choose to book.
Only the team at Nurstead Court — the people directly involved in answering your enquiry and (if you book) running your event. We don't sell or pass your details to any third party for marketing.
Active enquiries: indefinitely while we're in conversation. Closed enquiries: retained for 3 years for our records, then deleted. Booked event records: 7 years (HMRC requirement).
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or correct it — just email enquiries@nursteadcourt.co.uk.
This site doesn't use tracking cookies. The only cookies in use are functional ones required to keep you logged into any future client portal.
